2011: Played in 51 of the Spartans’ 54 games as a junior and made 48 starts … was used mainly as a third baseman, but also filled in at first base on occasions … hit .244 on the year with 29 RBI and 25 runs scored … hit his first home run at UNCG in the second game of the doubleheader against Albany (3/5) as he drove in three runs … also had three RBI at Davidson (4/8) and at College of Charleston (5/7) … had home runs at Furman (3/25) and at Davidson (4/9) too … went a perfect 3-3 with two RBI and a double in the win against Albany (3/4) … drew 20 walks and was hit by a pitch four times compared to only 28 strikeouts … recorded 11 doubles on the season … had two or more hits in 11 contests, including the final three games of the season … scored a season-high three runs in the win at Wofford (5/21).
