Was fourth on the team with a 76.35 stroke average … played in seven tournaments … turned in his best finish at the Reunion Intercollegiate in Madison, Miss., leading the Spartans with a 22^nd-place showing … had career-low rounds of 72 at the Mason Rudolf, the Bridgestone Golf Classic and the Reunion … had a career-low 54-hole total of 226 at the Towson Intercollegiate (74-76-76).

Freshman season (2007-08)
Played in three events in his freshman season … carded a season-low round of 73 in the second round of the UNCG Bridgestone Collegiate … also had his best 54-hole total there, shooting 227 … had a 79.22 stroke average.

Amateur
Tied for 11^th at the 2009 North Carolina Open, sharing low-score honors by an amateur with UNCG teammate Will Almand … shot a five-under 211 in the 54-hole event … qualified for the Men’s North and South Amateur in 2006 and 2007.

High school
Four-year letterwinner for Green Hope High School in Morrisville, N.C. … four-time all-conference and all-state for the Falcons… shot his lowest tournament round at Keith Hill with a 66 … team won back-to-back state championships in 2006 and 2007.
