Spartans gear up for ITA Carolinas Regional

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – UNCG's men's tennis team will open play in the ITA Carolinas Regional on Thursday afternoon. This year's regional will be played on the North Carolina and Duke campuses.

The Spartans have had an outstanding fall thus far this season, combining for a 41-24 mark in singles action and 17-4 in doubles play during three fall tournaments.

Doubles play gets underway on Thursday. Yarolsav Litus will be playing with Zach Reece. Orcun Seyrek and Ahmet Sarioglu will be playing together in doubles action, as will Timion Meijs and Chanon Varapongsittikul. Each will play in opening round matches on Thursday evening.

Singles draws are expected to be released during the day on Thursday.
