JOHNSON CITY, TENN. - Just three Spartans competed for UNC Greensboro on Friday as the Spartans wrapped up day one of the 32nd annual Niswonger Invitational on the campus of East Tennessee State.
All three Spartans ran during the second section, with Terry Wyatt coming in second place in that section with a time of 1:56.10. His time was the seventh best overall after three sections.
Taylor Hurst and Andy Clyne crossed the finish line together in the second heat and their times were good enough for 21st and 22nd overall.
The Spartans return to action on Saturday morning at 8 a.m. for the final day of the Niswonger Invitational.
