2011-12 XC:  Began the season with a fourth overall finish at the Elon Invite, crossing the line in 25:13 (Sept 17) … ran a personal record 8,000 meter time of 24:27 at the Southern Conference Championships to finish seventh overall (Oct 29) … First Team All-SoCon … finished 73^rd overall at the NCAA Southeast Regional in Louisville, Ky., with a personal best 10,000 meter time of 32:01 (Nov 12). Indoor: Started the indoor season off with a ninth place overall finish in the mile run at the Dick Taylor Invite with a personal best time of 4:24.28 (Jan 14) … ran a personal record time of 8:35.46 for 3,000m at the Fast Track Invite to finish in fifth place overall (Feb 11). Outdoor: Began the season with a sixth place overall finish in the 1,500m at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational in a personal record time of 3:59.12 (Mar 10) … crossed the line in a time of 15:03.19 for the 5,000m at the Raleigh Relays (Mar 30) … ran a personal best time of 31:03.15 in the 10,000m at the Duke Invitational to finish in second place overall (Apr 6).

2010-11: Competed at Northwood University as a freshman for coaches Jody Hawkins … named the Red River Conference Newcomer of the Year in cross country … also named all-conference in cross country after taking home runner-up honors at the conference championship … helped lead his team to the Red River Conference team title in outdoor track … named all-conference in outdoor track in the 1,500, 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000 meters.
