Posted a season-best time of 26:18.40 in the 8,000-meter race when he placed 257^th at the Pre-Nationals in Louisville (Oct. 13) … Set a career-best time of 33:37.87 in the 10,000-meter race at the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 9) … Placed 54^th at the Southern Conference Championships (Oct. 27) with a time of 26:49.64 … Finished 14^th at the Elon Invitational (Sept. 15) with a time of 28:09.

2012 Outdoor Track
Set an outdoor personal record in the 3,000m at the Wake Forest Open crossing the line in 8:54.29 to win his heat, finished 14^th overall (Mar 17) … finished 26^th overall in the 1,500m at the competitive Duke Invitational running a personal best time of 4:00.93 (Apr 6) … SoCon Academic All-Conference ... SoCon Academic Honor Roll.

2011-12 Indoor Track
Ran a personal record time of 8:58.35 in the 3,000m at the Fast Track Invite placing 35th (Feb 11) … set a season best time in the 800 meters at the Dick Taylor Invite running a time of 2:01.01 to place 15th (Jan 21)… earned SoCon Academic All-Conference honors. 

2011 Cross Country
Ran a personal-record in the 8,000 meters at the Elon Invitational with a time of 25:54 to finish in seventh place overall (Sept 17) … completed the grueling course at the Panorama Farms Invite in a time of 26:52, to finish in 66^th place (Oct 14) … ran a personal best time of 34:50 in the 10,000 meters at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships in Louisville, Ky., (Nov 12). 

2011 Outdoor Track
Ran a season-best time of 1:56.19 in the 800 meters at the Wake Forest Open … came in third place in the 1,500 developmental race at the Duke Invitational with a season-best time of 4:05.17 … ran a 1:58.49 in the 800 meter prelims at the Southern Conference Championship … ran a 1:59.22 in the 800 meters at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational to finish in ninth.

2010-11 Indoor Track
Ran a team-best time of 2:00.92 in the 800 meters at the Tiger Paw Invitational … ran a 2:43.65 at the Liberty Open in his only attempt in the 1,000 meters … finished the mile in 4:34.31 to come in 28^th place at the Niswonger Invitational.

2010 Cross Country
Won the 8k Navy Race at the Royal Cross Country Challenge with a time of 26:27.2 … ran a 26:47.55 at the Southern Conference Championships to finish in 48^th place … came in fourth place at the Guilford College XC Carnival to finish in fourth place after running a 16:22 in the 5k. 

High School
Earned a total of eight varsity letters while competing at Eastern Alamance High School for coaches Brian Parker, Brad Warren and Nathan Gardner … was a member of the outdoor 3A state championship team in the 4x800 meters as a senior … was also a member of the 4x800 team that won the indoor state championship in his final season … set the North Carolina 4x800 state record as a senior … earned all-state honors in indoor and outdoor in the 4x800 as a senior … earned all-conference honors all three seasons in cross country and outdoor track … also a member of the National Honor Society.
