Placed sixth at the Southern Conference Championships (April 20-21) in the 5,000-meter race with a time of 14:55.50 to earn UNCG three team points … Set an personal-record in the 5,000-meter race at the Duke Invitational (April 5-6) with a time of 14:44.98 … Finished ninth at the SoCon Championships in the 10,000-meter race with a time of 31:59.61 … Notched a personal-best time in the 10k at the Raleigh Relays (March 29-30) with a time of 30:52.19 … Placed third in the 3,000-meter race at the Wake Forest Open (March 15-16), posting the top UNCG time of the season at 8:43.63 … Ran one 1,500-meter race, posting a time of 4:00.86 at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational (March 8-9).

2012-13 Indoor Track
Posted a personal-best time of 4:21.63 in the mile distance at the Hilton Garden Invitational (Feb. 1-2) … Turned in a strong 2013 Southern Conference Championship (Feb. 23-24), notching personal-records in both the 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter races … Placed 10^th in the 3,000-meter with a time of 8:34.17 and ninth in the 5,000-meter race with a time of 15:06.23 … Also ran a time of 8:35.23 in the 3,000-meter race at the Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational (Feb. 8-9).

2012 Cross Country
Posted a season-best time of 25:03.30 at the Pre-Nationals (Oct. 13) in Louisville when he finished 174^th overall … Placed 73^rd at the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 9), finishing in a career-best time of 31:49.35 on the 10,000-meter course … Notched a ninth place finish at the Southern Conference Championships (Oct. 27) with a time of 25:09.00 on the 8,000-meter course … Won the Elon Invitational (Sept. 15)  individual title with a time of 25:29 on the 8,000-meter course … The title was the first of his career … Finished 90^th at the Greater Louisville Classic (Sept. 29) with a time of 25:11.13.

2012 Outdoor Track
Outdoor: Began the season with a sixth place overall finish in the 1,500m at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational in a personal record time of 3:59.12 (Mar 10) … crossed the line in a time of 15:03.19 for the 5,000m at the Raleigh Relays (Mar 30) … ran a personal best time of 31:03.15 in the 10,000m at the Duke Invitational to finish in second place overall (Apr 6). 

2011-12 Indoor Track
Started the indoor season off with a ninth place overall finish in the mile run at the Dick Taylor Invite with a personal best time of 4:24.28 (Jan 14) … ran a personal record time of 8:35.46 for 3,000m at the Fast Track Invite to finish in fifth place overall (Feb 11). 

2011 Cross Country
Began the season with a fourth overall finish at the Elon Invite, crossing the line in 25:13 (Sept 17) … ran a personal record 8,000-meter time of 24:27 at the Southern Conference Championships to finish seventh overall (Oct 29) … First Team All-SoCon … finished 73^rd overall at the NCAA Southeast Regional in Louisville, Ky., with a personal best 10,000-meter time of 32:01 (Nov 12).

2010-11
Competed at Northwood University as a freshman for coach Jody Hawkins … named the Red River Conference Newcomer of the Year in cross country … also named all-conference in cross country after taking home runner-up honors at the conference championship … helped lead his team to the Red River Conference team title in outdoor track … named all-conference in outdoor track in the 1,500, 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000 meters.
