Tickets for UNCG-Team USA exhibition game on sale Monday

GREENSBORO, NC – Tickets for the April 10 softball exhibition game between UNC Greensboro and Team USA at UNCG Softball Stadium will go on sale Monday, Feb. 4, beginning at 9 am.

The game is part of USA Softball’s Bound for Bejing Tour - a 40-city tour that gets underway in the United States on February 19 when Team USA faces two-time defending national champion Arizona in Tucson, AZ. The tour consists of games against various college teams and ASA regional All-Star teams.

Tickets for the April 10 game, which gets underway at 7 pm, will be available at the UNCG Athletics Ticket Office in person or by telephone only. There will not be sales through UNCGSpartans.com for this event. The tickets will be priced at $30 for reserved stadium seating, $25 for stadium general admission and $15 for outfield bleacher general admission. All phone orders will require Visa or Master Card purchase. Phone orders may be placed by calling (336) 334-3250, however voicemail orders will not be accepted due to the anticipated high volume of ticket requests. The athletic ticket office is located in the HHP Building on the UNCG campus, next to Fleming Gym, and is open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Parking for the ticket office is available in the Walker Ave. Parking Deck at the rate of $1 per hour.

For this event, there will be a limit on all orders of eight tickets per purchase. Because this is an outside sponsored event, there are no UNCG student ticket prices. In addition, UNCG Athletic Passes and UNCG Sports School Camper Passes are not valid for this game.
