UNCG Names Janelle Breneman Head Softball Coach
GREENSBORO, N.C. – Janelle Breneman, who has spent the past eight years in the SEC and ACC, has been named the ninth head softball coach in UNCG softball history, Director of Athletics Kim Record announced Wednesday. CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Fourth-seeded UNC Greensboro saw second-seeded Elon rally for five runs in the top of the seventh inning to claim the Southern Conference Championship on Friday, 6-3. UNCG senior Amber Harrell was named the tournament's Most Outstanding Player.
