Mylton, Miller in chase as Spartans sit fourth after two rounds

BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Ashley Mylton is tied for second and Lacy Miller tied for fourth to lead UNC Greensboro to its fourth-place standing after two rounds at the Fighting Camel Spring Classic hosted by Campbell University at Keith Hills CC.

Mylton is seven shots off the pace after shooting 76 and 75 on Monday. Georgetown’s Chelsea Curtis leads the tournament after shooting even-par 72 in both rounds. Miller shot 77 and 75 on Monday to sit eight shots off the pace.

Georgetown leads the team standings with a score of 621. Campbell is one shot back in second place. UNCG is 10 shots back in fourth.

The third and final round gets underway at 8 am on Tuesday.
