Bjornsdottir And Taylor Earn Golf All-America Scholar Honors
UNCG women’s golfers Berglind Bjornsdottir (Reykjavik, Iceland/Menntaskolinn I Reykjavik) and Courtney Taylor (Gastonia, N.C./Ashbrook) have been named All-American Scholars by the National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA). The criteria for selection to the All-America Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics with a minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50.

Twenty-six UNCG student-athletes take Academic All-SoCon honors
SPARTANBURG, S.C. Twenty-six UNC Greensboro student-athletes earned spots on the Spring Academic All-Southern Conference Team, the league office announced recently. The team included 320 student-athletes from all 12 member schools, representing the sports of mens and womens golf, mens and womens tennis, mens and womens outdoor track and field, baseball and softball.
