UNCG's mobile site launched at m.uncgspartans.com

GREENSBORO, NC - UNCG fans can now view the latest scores and news on Spartan athletics through a mobile-device friendly site located at m.uncgspartans.com.

The site, made available through UNCG's Web provider JumpTV sports, is a text-based site to make it easier to download from a mobile device, such as a cell phone or Blackberry. The mobile site, sometimes called a WAP site, includes news releases, scoreboard pages and schedule pages for each of UNCG's 16 sports. Previously, some mobile devices could download UNCG's regular site - uncgspartans.com - but it would contain the full content of the regular site and would not be as mobile-friendly.

The mobile site - m.uncgspartans.com - is only for use from a mobile device and is not for access via a regular computer.
