Women's Soccer Holds College ID Camp

GREENSBORO, N.C. - The UNCG women's soccer team will be holding a College ID Camp on March 23-24 at the UNCG Soccer Stadium.

We would like to invite you to our Spartan ID Camp. The camp will be led by the UNCG Soccer coaching staff as well as coaches from nationally ranked NCAA Division II schools: University of North Georgia, Armstrong Atlantic State University and Coker College (SC). This camp is intended to provide campers with a preview of what life is like as a college soccer player.

Field sessions will consist of positional training, small-sided games and 11 v 11 matches. There will also be sessions run by the UNCG Strength & Conditioning Staff as well as a "Choosing a College" forum staffed by current UNCG players and coaches, and a video analysis presentation.

We look forward to seeing you on March 23^rdand 24^th.

This camp is non-residential. Contact the Hyatt Place at 336-852-1443 for the UNCG rate.

Air Travel and Transportation

The closest airport is Piedmont Triad International (GSO) which is located about 15 minutes from campus. Contact the ID Camp administrators in advance to schedule transportation from the airport to campus. This is included in the camp fee.

9am Registration and Check-In

9:30-10am Agility Warm-Up with Strength & Conditioning Staff

10:00-12pm Positional Training

12-1pm Lunch (included with fees)

1-1:45pm Video Analysis (UNCG Team Room)

1:45-3:30pm Small Sided Games

3:30-3:45pm Break

3:45-5pm 11 v 11 games / Cool down

5-6pm Break

6pm Spring Game: UNCG vs Wake Forest ( UNCG Soccer Stadium)

Sunday, March 24th

8:30am Registration Check-In

9-9:30am Agility Warm-Up with Strength & Conditioning Staff

9:30-11:45am 11 v 11 Games / Cool Down

11:45-12:45pm "Choosing a College" Forum

(Parents are welcome to attend)

12:45pm Depart Campus / Go Spartans!
