WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Two doubles tandems fell in the third round and Valerie Behr lost in singles action as UNC Greensboro closed out play at the ITA Carolinas Women's Tennis Regional on Friday.
Behr lost to Haley Hemm of North Carolina in straight sets, 6-4 and 6-2, in the opening round of the singles main draw. Meanwhile, the duos of Lucy Dougherty and Valerie Behr and Annette Rios and Jessica Eblen both won second round matches, but lost the third round.
