Wilkins knocked out at ITA Regional

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – UNCG's Niltooli Wilkins was eliminated from the ITA Carolinas Regional on Saturday, falling to top-seeded Josipa Beck from Clemson in second round action.

Beck, who was ranked No. 13 in the nation in ITA's preseason rankings back in early September, downed Wilkins, 6-1 and 6-0. The loss dropped Wilkins to 9-3 on the fall season.

Wilkins was the last Spartan still alive at the ITA Carolinas Regional.  The Spartans will return to action in two weeks, back in Chapel Hill at the Kitty Harrison Invitational to close out the fall season.
