2008-09: XC: Ran a personal-best time in the 5k at the Southern Conference Championships with a time of 20:45.70 ... also ran a 21:03.9 earlier in the season at the Hagan Stone Classic ...  Indoor: finished the 3,000 meters at the Liberty Invitational with a time of 11:31.75 ... ran a 19:53.80 at the Niswonger Invitational in the 5,000 meters ... Outdoor: Set a new personal-best time in the 3,000 meters by almost one minute with a time of 11:11.68 at the UNC Invitational ... also ran a 11:13.60 in the 3,000 meters at the Wake Forest Open ... finished the 1,500 meters at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 5:26.24 ... ran a 19:27.76 at the Duke Invitational in the 5,000 meters.

2007-08: XC: Did not compete ...  Indoor: Did not compete ...  Outdoor: Claimed the 3,000-meter individual crown at the International Friendship & Freedom Games with a race-winning time of 12:38.07... posted a Top-10 finish in the 3,000 meters at the Murray Neely Invitational with a career-best time of 12:07.83, placing ninth.

High School: Four year participant in cross country and track at Ladue Horton Watkins HS in Ladue, MO... was a member of the 2005 state championship track team... team had back-to-back runner up performances in 2006 and 2007.
