2008-09: XC: Competed in just two meets for the Spartans … ran a season-best 24:42.9 at the Hagan Stone Classic … completed the 5k at the Blue Ridge Open in 24:43. Indoor: Redshirted the season. Outdoor: Ran in the 400 meters three time for UNCG … ran a season-best time of 1:06.97 at the UNC Invitational … clocked a 1:07.25 in the 400 meters at the Duke Invitational … also ran a 1:08.03 at the Raleigh Relays.

High School: Four-time letterwinner at Rockingham County High School under coaches Ryan and Sarah Harden… member of the 4x400-meter relay team that set a school record… qualified for the state meet in the 800 meters and the 4x800-meter relay… garnered all-conference honors… also played volleyball and was on the swimming team… earned three letters and was an all-conference selection in volleyball… qualified for regionals in swimming.
