2011-12 XC:  Opened the season at the Guilford XC Carnival, with a time of 21:12 (Sept 3) … crossed the line at the Elon Invitational with a season best time of 20:37 for 5,000 meters (Sept 17) … finished in 19^th place overall at the Hagan Stone XC Classic crossing the line in 21:04 (Oct 1). Indoor: Finished 16^th overall in the mile run at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 5:44.93 (Jan 20) … ran a time of 2:29.72 in the 800m at the Kent Taylor Invite to finish 23^rd overall (Feb 4) … recorded a season best time for 800m at the Fast Track Invite crossing the line in 2:27.40 en route to a 32^nd place finish overall (Feb 11). Outdoor: Opened the outdoor season with a 10^th place overall finish in the 1,500m at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational in a personal best time of 4:56.02 (Mar 10) … finished 34^th in the 1,500m at the competitive Raleigh Relays in a time of 5:02.15 (Mar 30) … placed 17^th in the same event at the Southern Conference Outdoor Championships in a time of 5:05.74 (Apr 22).

2010-11: XC: Earned SoCon Academic All-Conference honors for the cross country season … finished in second place at the Guilford College XC Carnival after posting a season-best time of 20:06 … also ran a 20:18.4 in the 5k at the Royal Cross Country Challenge … finished in 29^th at the Elon Invitational after running a 20:37.
