Named to the Southern Conference All-Freshman Team in the 1,500-meter distance as she placed seventh overall in the event at the SoCon Championships (April 20-21) with a personal-best time of 4:40.60 … Recorded a personal-best time of 2:19.96 in the 800-meter race at the High Point VertKlasse Meet (March 22-23).

2012-13 Indoor Track
Posted a career-best time in the 800-meter race at 2:23.36 in the Wake Forest Invitational (Jan. 19) … Her time is the Spartans’ second-fastest time of the season … Posted the team’s top time in the 1,000-meter race at 3:06.62 at the Hokie Invitational (Jan. 25-26).

Ran at Sortland Videregående Skole (Sortland Upper Secondary School) in Sortland, Norway … Placed first three times at the North-Norwegian Championship for the 800 meters indoor race… was also a two-time champion for the 400 meters indoor race … Took first place twice for the 1500 meters outdoor race and once for the 800 meters in the North-Norwegian Championship … was runner-up for the 3000 meters in the Norwegian Junior Championship and the Norwegian Youth Championship … Holds club (Sortland FIK) records in the  800 meters, 1500 meters and 3000 meter events.
