GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) volleyball team and Head Coach Felicia Turner has added five newcomers to the 2023 roster.
"We have five phenomenal young women joining the Spartan family this fall," said Coach Turner. "These student athletes are a blast to watch, they compete to win, and are individuals of high character. Not only do our visions and values align on the court, but they also strive for academic excellence. I am honored to be their coach and cannot wait to start this journey with them. The countdown begins!"
Madeline Timmerman
Middle Hitter | Junior | Eastern Michigan | Crystal Lake, Ill.
- Played at Crystal Lake Central High School
- Transfer from Eastern Michigan
- Notched a career high of 10 kills on two occasions with the Eagles (vs Bowling Green & vs Central Michigan)
- CSC Academic All-District Honors
- Competed with Adversity and SkyHigh in club volleyball
- Four-year varsity letter winner, three-time All-Area and three-time All-Conference in high school
- Record leader in career blocks in high school
Mallory Meers
