GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) women's golf team will begin its 2025-26 season by competing in the Golfweek Fall Challenge from Sept. 7-9 at Caledonia Golf Club in Pawleys Island, South Carolina.

THE FORMAT
The 20 teams will compete in three total rounds over three days on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. All three days will be an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.

UNCG finished in fourth place out of nine teams in the 2025 SoCon Championships, posting a 57-over-par (921) and a 303-314-304 on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. This placing was the highest in program history since 2013 and fell three strokes shy of third-place Mercer (918).

Leetham also posted a four-under-par (140) with rounds of 69-71. UNCG also carded a second-place finish at its home event of the UNCG Collegiate on October 22, 2024, finishing nine-under-par (851) and four-strokes shy of the lead.
