Added another career best time in the 1500m at Vertklasse with a 4:52.04.
 
Indoor Track 2022-23 (Junior)
Finished second at the JDL Early Bird Invitational after notching a career best time of 5:13.47 in the mile… finished 10^th at the Blue Marlin Invitational after posting a career best time in the 800m with a 2:25.48 time…earned seventh in the JDL DMR Invitational after posting another career best time of 10:28.93 in the 3000m.
 
Cross-Country 2023 (Junior)
Named the SoCon Female Runner of the Week the week of Oct. 5-11…posted a season best time of 18.31.0 in the 5K at the SoCon Cross Country Championships…earned a time of 23:09.2 in the 6K at the NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships.

Outdoor Track 2021 (Freshman)
Made her collegiate debut in the 5,000 meters at the SoCon Championships meet and clocked a time of 18 minutes 24.37 seconds ... Placed eighth in 4:52.40 in 1,500-meter debut at the Aggie Invitational.

Cross-Country 2020 (Freshman)
Competed in the SoCon championship, UNCG’s only race of the cross-country season … Helped the Spartans finish fourth overall after completing the race in 18:54.08 (17th overall)
