2019-20 Indoor (Senior)
Ran the 400m at the JDL Early Bird Invitational (12.8) and the mile at the Dick Taylor Carolina Challenge (1.11).

2019 Outdoor (Junior)
Opened the outdoor season in the Wendy's Seahawk Invitational 4x400m (3.9), finishing fifth with a time of 4:24.52 ... ran a career best 10,000m with a time of 36:53.97 at Raleigh Relays (3.30) ... recorded points in two events at the SoCon Indoor Championship ... finished eighth in the SoCon Championship 5000m (4.27) with a time of 18:11.89 and took fourth during the 10,000m with her pace of 37:41.24.

2018-19 Indoor (Junior)
10:25.40 took third in the Virginia Tech Invitational 3000m (1.11) ... took sixth in the JDL College Meet Madness mile (1.27), crossing the finish line in a personal best time of 5:17.08 ... went runner-up at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite (2.9) after completing the 5000m in 17:56.86.

2018 Outdoor (Sophomore)
Ran the 10,000-meter for the first time with a personal-best 37:06.51 at the Raleigh Relays… Garnered three points with a sixth-place finish in the 10,000-meter (39:08.05) at the SoCon Championships… Also placed ninth in the 5,000-meter with a time of 18:24.29… Placed fifth in her section of the 5,000-meter (17:49.10) at the Duke Invitational.

2017 Outdoor (Freshman)
Registered a career-best 4:55.20 in the 1,500 meters at the Liberty Invitational ... ran a career-best time of 17:47.12 in the 5,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays ... posted times of 1:11.17 in the 400 meters at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational and 2:34.29 in the 800 meters at the Aggie Invitational.

2016-17 Indoor (Freshman)
Took fifth in the 5,000 meters at the Southern Conference Championships with a career-best time of 17:49.82 ... posted career-best times in the 400 meters (1:11.08) at the UNCG Early Bird Duals, 800 meters (2:28.18) at the Virginia Tech Challenge, mile (5:20.87) at the JDL College Challenge and 3,000 meters (10:35.90) at the UNCG Dual Meet Madness.

High School
Ran cross country and track at West Stokes High School in King, N.C.,... was a four-time all-conference selection and was named conference runner of the year in cross country as a sophomore, junior and senior... earned Conference Runner of the Year honors in track in 2014 & 2016 and earned All-Region accolades in both cross country and track all four years... a multi-time All-State selection, Stone was the 2016 State Champion im the 3,200-meter run for track... holds the state record with a time of 10:53 and ran a personal best 18:38 5,000-meter in cross country while competing for the Wildcats... was a member of the National Honors Society

Born February 11, 1998... daughter of Bart and Mary Lynn Stone... has two older sisters; Lauren and Madelyn... majoring in sociology with a focus in criminology.
