High School: Played three years of varsity volleyball as a defensive specialist and outside hitter under head coach Christy Fitzgerald … Earned all-conference and team MVP recognition … Helped lead South Granville to a semifinal appearance in the 2013 North Carolina 2A state playoffs … Vikings were 25-6 overall and 14-0 in conference play her senior season … As a junior, South Granville reached the championship match of the state tournament after compiling a 23-6 overall record (14-1 in league play) … Recorded 313 digs, 275 kills and 32 aces her final season of prep volleyball.
