GREENSBORO, N.C. – UNCG Men's Tennis suffered a 4-2 defeat to the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers on Thursday afternoon. The Spartans fall to 5-5 on the season.
The Spartans could only manage to grab one of the doubles matches, taking No. 2, 6-1. Connor Thompson (Atlanta, Ga./Holy Innocents) and Daniel Mack (Lakeland, Fla./Lakeland) improve to 8-2 overall at No. 2 doubles.
Thompson also took the No. 1 singles, defeating Jabor Al-Mutawa 6-3, 7-6. Warren Bryan (Greensboro, N.C./Longwood) took the No. 5 position 6-4, 6-1.
