UNCG outlasted a gritty Wofford squad, 49-45, Thursday night in Fleming Gym.
Aja Boyd led all players with 14 points for the Spartans.
Te'ja Twitty added seven points and 10 rebounds, coming up just shy of back-to-back double-doubles.
Nadine Soliman notched nine points and secured her 2000th career point, becoming the only player in program history to complete the milestone.
Cece Crudup pitched in nine points, two steals and two assists in 26 minutes.
