GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) Spartans will welcome the Chattanooga Mocs and ETSU Bucs for a pair of games this Thursday and Saturday.
 
Thursday will be UNCG's annual Pink Game where the team and fans in attendance will support and remember those who have battled breast cancer bravely. The first 100 students will receive a free pink shirt.
 
Saturday will be the Spartans' Black History Celebration game. At halftime, UNCG fraternities and sororities will stroll to celebrate their history.

SCOUTING THE SPARTANS
-- The Spartans are ranked second in six categories in the Southern Conference: scoring defense (57.3), field goal percentage defense (.374), rebounding defense (30.8), rebounding margin (+4.3), offensive rebounds (12.5), offensive rebounding percentage (.374).
-- Khalis Cain and Isys Grady are ranked in the top 10 in rebounding in the conference. Cain in sixth with 7.1 per game while Grady is ninth with 6.6.
-- Nitzan Amar sits 13^th in the SoCon in assists with an average of 2.2.
-- Grady is averaging one steal a game.
-- Cain is second in the SoCon in offensive rebounds and third in blocked shots. The sophomore averages 3.3 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game.
-- Pernilla Sorensen leads the team in made three-pointers with 25. She has made at least one in eight of her last 10 games.
-- As a team, UNCG has made at least two three-pointers in their last 21 games.
 
SCOUTING CHATTANOOGA
-- Chattanooga enters the game with conference wins against Samford, ETSU, Western Carolina, and UNCG.
-- Abby Cornelius leads the Mocs with 276 points on the season. Dena Jarrells follows with 237.
-- Cornelius also leads the team in rebounds. She has a total of 195, 25 offensive rebounds, and 170 defensive.
-- She is second in the conference in rebounds, first in defensive rebounds.
-- Jarrells has 36 steals this season. Addie Porter and Sigrum Olafsdttir follow with 28 and 26, respectively.
-- 138 of Jarrells' 237 points have come from beyond the arc.
-- Brooke Hampel leads with 30 offensive rebounds.
 
SCOUTING ETSU
-- ETSU enters the game with three SoCon wins under its belt. They have beaten Western Carolina, Samford, and Chattanooga.
-- As a team, ETSU is second in the SoCon in steals with an average of 7.4 per game and three-pointers made with an average of 5.8.
-- Carly Hooks is 10^th in the conference in scoring with 10.2 points per game.
-- She leads the team with 194 total points on the season.
-- Jakhyia Davis sits in seventh for blocked shots with 0.8.
-- She leads the team with 128 rebounds.
-- She has 29 offensive and 99 defensive boards.
-- Courtney Moore leads the Bucs with 27 steals.

SERIES HISTORY
-- Chattanooga leads the all-time series 36-6.
