SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) women's tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision to Wofford Saturday. This was UNCG's final road regular-season contest of the 2022 campaign.
UNCG showcased glimpses of the future during the match as sophomore
Juliana Craft competed at No. 1 singles and freshman
Olivia Gallagher played at No. 2 singles. Even though they lost in straight sets by 6-3, 6-3 scores, they got valuable experience competing at a higher level against Wofford's top performers.

Raegan Mitchell played at No. 3 singles for the first time this season. Freshman
McCollough Perry played at No. 5 singles. Mitchell and Craft were the No. 1 doubles tandem for the Spartans.
Fans will get an opportunity to see plenty of the talented Spartans over the next two weeks as they begin a four-match home stand on Friday against East Tennessee State at 1 p.m. It will be the final home matches for graduate student
Eugenia Camacho, who battled at No. 4 singles for UNCG.
The Spartans scheduled match against Gardner-Webb for Tuesday afternoon has been cancelled.
