ELON, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's tennis wrapped up its second tournament of the fall semester with the Elon Fall Invitational.
The Spartans saw four singles victories and two doubles wins. Freshman
Tymofiy Khrystyuk defeated his own teammate in
Devon Moskowitz and then followed that with a win against Longwood's Lukas Krause.
Following Moskowitz's loss, he battled Ryan Foster and won with scores of 6-3, 6-1.
Jay Montague earned the final singles win for the Spartans with a 6-4, 6-4 victory over Central's Neiman Sneed.
In doubles action,
John Gabelic and
David Flisberg, and Moskowitz and
Christopher Johns won their matches.
UP NEXT
UNCG will return to play next weekend, as they travel to Davidson, North Carolina for the Davidson Fall Invitational from Friday, September 30 to Sunday, October 2.
