- UNCG is undefeated at home after claiming a 61-30 win over South Carolina State, a dominating win over Pfeiffer, 93-25 and in its most recent 75-46 win over Montreat.
- Jayde Gamble is ranked sixth nationally with 19 steals on the season.
- Cain is fourth in The Southern Conference (SoCon) with a 7.3 rebounds per game average, while Khalfani is fourth in the conference with 19 assists.
- As a team the Spartans lead the SoCon in six different statistical categories including in assist/turnover ratio, scoring defense, steals per game, three-point percentage defense, turnover margin and turnovers forced per game.
- The Spartans were picked to finish sixth in the 2023-24 SoCon Preseason Coaches' Poll, trailing ETSU, Chattanooga, Mercer, Wofford and Furman and coming in front of Samford and Western Carolina.
- Isys Grady was named the 2023-24 SoCon Preseason All-Conference Team after her efforts in the 2022-23 season.

- Gardner-Webb heads to Greensboro 0-5 overall.
- The Bulldogs opened up their season in Chapel Hill, N.C., with a 102-49 loss to No. 16 North Carolina.
- The team will host SoCon foe Furman on Wednesday, Nov. 29, following its matchup to the Spartans.

- Ashley Hawkins leads the team with 69 points and 26 assists this season.

SERIES HISTORY
UNCG trails in the overall series at 2-4 against Gardner-Webb. The Runnin' Bulldogs and Spartans met last season in Boiling Springs, N.C. Gardner-Webb defeated UNCG, 83-66 in the contest.
