LYNCHBURG, Va. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) women's tennis team completed its weekend at the Liberty Invite after being in competition from Friday, Nov. 3 to Sunday, Nov. 5

Four Spartans including Hanna Giddings, Alexandra Dodashev, Raegan Mitchell and Olivia Gallagher competed in the three-day event. 
 
UNCG went 4-2 in doubles and 6-3 in singles over the invite. Doubles duos Giddings and Dodashev and Mitchell and Gallagher collected one doubles win apiece. Gallagher led the way in singles after notching three wins. Raegan, Dodashev and Mitchell posted one singles win apiece on the weekend.

Raegan Mitchell and Olivia Gallagher (UNCG) defeated Tatiana Zelenko and Ashley Kennedy (Georgetown), 7-6 (4)
Hanna Giddings and Alexandra Dodashev (UNCG) lost to Mila Mejic and Hedda Gurholt, (William & Mary), 7-5
Raegan Mitchell and Olivia Gallagher (UNCG) defeated Elsa Kirch and Bruna Sampaio (Liberty), 6-1
Hanna Giddings and Alexandra Dodashev (UNCG) defeated Emily Schut and Rieke Gillar (Marhsall), 6-4
Raegan Mitchell and Olivia Gallagher (UNCG) lost to Gabrielle Clariotte and Aisling McGrane (Marshall), 6-2

Raegan Mitchell (UNCG) lost to Ashley Kennedy (Georgetown), 5-6, 7-6 (4) (10-4)
Alexandra Dodashev (UNCG) lost to Yaelle Vaissaud (William & Mary), 6-2, 6-1
Hanna Giddings (UNCG) lost to Parker Debnam (William & Mary), 2-6, 6-2 (10-8)
Olivia Gallagher (UNCG) defeated Andjela Lopicic (Marshall), 6-2, 6-4
Alexandra Dodashev (UNCG) defeated Emily Schut (Marshall), 7-6 (4), 5-3 (retired)
Raegan Mitchell (UNCG) defeated Gabrielle Clairotte (Marshall), 6-2, 5-7, (10-7)
 
The Spartans are 30-32 in singles tournament play and 18-17 in doubles on the fall season with one more event to play.
 
Gallagher leads the team this fall at 7-1 singles and 6-3 doubles. Mitchell stands 4-5 in singles and 5-3 doubles, Dodashev with 5-4 singles and 5-4 doubles, and Giddings at 1-1 singles and 5-4 doubles this fall.
