GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's tennis team will host non-conference foe Presbyterian on Friday, February 17 after 10 days off. The Spartans will then travel to play Gardner-Webb on Sunday.
The match between the Spartans and the Blue Hose will be played indoors at the Piedmont Indoor Tennis Center with a start time of 1 p.m.
About the Spartans
- The Spartans opened the New Year against No. 19 NC State, falling twice on January 14 in Raleigh, N.C.
- UNCG is 1-3 overall this season with a 5-2 win over Longwood.
- John Gabelic and David Flisberg have one of two Spartan doubles wins. It was a 6-3 win against a Longwood doubles pairing.
- Harrison Gwynn and Devon Moskowitz picked up a double win over Radford with a score of 7-6 (7-3).
- Andrew Black leads the Spartans in singles action with a 2-1 overall record.
- Five Spartans have one victory in singles play, including Wyatt Cannon (1-1), David Flisberg (1-2), John Gabelic (1-3), Tymofiy Khrystyuk (1-2), and Moskowitz (1-3).
