ELON, N.C.- The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's tennis team fell to the Elon Phoenix, 6-1, in a non-conference match on Tuesday evening.
The Phoenix started off the match by winning the doubles point with a 6-1 win on court three and a 6-2 victory on court one.
Elon won the first three singles matches finishing in two sets.
Andrew Black was the only Spartan to claim a point winning 6-2 in both sets, finishing fourth in the order of finish.
Courts one and four were the final ones to finish with the Phoenix taking those two points as well in straight sets.
