Sophomore season (2008-09)
Voted the Southern Conference Defensive Player of the Year by the league's head coaches ... appeared in 30 games with 29 starts, missing one game with injury early in the season ... took on point guard duties with the injury to Kristen Boone and led the team with 2.6 assists per game ... increased her scoring output as a sophomore, averaging 9.7 points per game ... pulled down 3.9 rebounds per game, also a career best ... was the only player on the UNCG roster with a positive assist-to-turnover ratio ... was 11th in the SoCon in that category with a 1.2 mark ... averaged 1.6 steals per game, the third-best mark on the team ... was named the SoCon Player of the Week on Feb. 24 after leading UNCG to league wins over Furman and Appalachian State with 15 and 16 points, respectively, in each game ... went 8-for-8 from the free throw line in the win over the Mountaineers ... hit her first career 3-pointer in the win over Furman ... scored at least 10 points in 13 games on the season, including a career-best stretch of five straight games in January ... scored 13 points in a first-round win over Wofford in the SoCon tournament on March 5 ... had a then-career-high 18 points in back-to-back games against Western Carolina (Jan. 17) and Wofford (Jan. 19) ... scored a career-best 22 in the second game against Wofford, on Feb. 16, going 8-for-11 from the field and 6-for-6 from the free throw line ... also had a career-best six steals in the first meeting with the Terriers ... had a season-high eight rebounds twice, at Virginia Tech in the season opener on Nov. 24 and vs. Wofford at home on Jan. 19 ... had a career-best six assists three times, against High Point (Nov. 24), Furman (Jan. 10) and Wofford (Feb. 16) ... took the team's Defensive Player award ... earned a spot on the Academic All-Southern Conference Team.

One of five players to see action in all 31 games and the only player to start 29 games ... named to the Southern Conference All-Freshman Team ... played 31 minutes in her debut against NC State on Nov. 11, the most minutes of a freshman since the program moved to Division I ... averaged 5.3 points and 3.4 rebounds per game in 21.7 minutes of action ... tallied her first career double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds against Western Carolina on Feb. 9, recording what were then career highs in field goals (six) and field goal attempts (10) ... recorded eight points and was 2-of-2 from the free throw line In UNCG's loss to Chattanooga in the Southern Conference tournament quarterfinals ... scored in double figures in five games on the season ... shot 61.9 percent from the free throw line on the season ... shot 40.6 percent from the floor on 63-of-155 shooting to lead the team ... also a consistent presence on the glass, recording nine games with five or more rebounds.
