2020 (Senior)
Competed in the SoCon championship, UNCG’s only race of the cross-country season … Helped the Spartans finish fourth overall after completing the race in 27:42.08 (51st overall).
2019 (Junior)
Opened the season with a 19:53.3 in the 6K during the adidas XC Challenge (9.20) ... completed the ECU Pirate XC Invitational 8K in a time of 26:25.0.
2018 (Sophomore)
Kicked off the season with a 21:24.9 at the Elon Opener (8.31), running the 3.73 mile.
2017 (Freshman)
Opened the year with a season-best 21:11.00 in the 6,000 meters at the Elon University Opener… Posted a time of 15:12 in the 4,200 meters at the Campbell Duals… Ran the 8,000 meters twice with times of 27:42.60 at the SoCon Championship and 27:44.33 at the Pirate XC Invitational… Completed the 5-mile run with a time of 28:38.40 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational… Ended the season with a time of 34:26.00 in the 10,000 meters at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
