2019 (Senior)
Opened the season with a 4K pace of 15:00.2 at the Elon Opener (8.30) ... ran a season-best 5K at the adidas XC Challenge while crossing the finish line in 18:06.5 (9.20) ... finished 14th with a new personal record of 22:02.00 in the ECU Pirate XC Invitational 6K ... turned in a time of 22:10.7 while running in the NCAA Southeast Region Championship 6K (11.15).

2018 (Junior)
Opened the season with a third-place finish in the Elon Opener (8.31), running a 14:41.1 during the 2.49 mile ... ran a season-best 5K at the Louisville Classic, crossing the finish line in 18:11.5 (9.29)

2017 (Sophomore)
Had a team-best 5K run of the season (18:14.90) for 42nd place at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational… Ran the top time for the team in the 5K of 18:27.20 for 36th place at the Adidas XC Challenge… Finished the year with a time of 19:07.70 for 43rd place at the SoCon Championships.

2016 (Freshman)
Opened the season with a 15:14.10 in the 4K race at the Elon Invitational … Placed 11^th overall at the Southern Conference Championships with a time of 17:42.05 on the 5K course … Ran the 5K race at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (18:06.00) and the adidas XC Challenge (18:26.00) … Tallied a time of 22:28.00 on the 6K course at the Princeton Invitational … Closed out her season with a  22:46.00 at the NCAA Southeast Regional.

High School
Ran cross country and track at Southview High School where she was a four-time All-Conference and All-Region selection in both cross country and outdoor track.. she earned All-State honors on three occasions and holds the school record in the 800-meter at HMHS with a time of 2:13... she ran a personal best 18:38 5K while competing for the Tigers while also holding the record for the one-mile... was a four-time NCSHAA 4A state qualifier in indoor track where she earned a third-place finish in the 1,000-meter in 2016... qualified for the state indoor track championships four times where she placed third in the 800 in 2016 and was a three-time cross country state qualifier finishing as high as 10th overall during her career... member of the National Honors Society, Academy of Scholars and was on the HMHS Honor Roll
