2019 (Junior)
Opened the season with a 15:04.3 in the Elon Opener 4K (8.30) ... career best 5K time of 18:12.2 while running at the Louisville Classic (10.5) ... took 11th at the ECU Pirate XC Invitational (10.18) while running a 21:53.0 in the 6K ... posted a 22:03.7 in the 6K, competing in the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country Championship (11.15).

2018 (Sophomore)
Ran a 19:46.9 in the 5K while competing at the SoCon Cross Country Championship (10.27) ... crossed the finish line in 22:34.2 during the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country Championship (11.9).

2017 (Freshman)
Opened the season with a 16:05.00 in the 4,000 meters at the Elon University Opener… Completed the 6,000 meters twice with times of 23:43.75 for 25th place at the Pirate XC Invitational and 24:44.00 at the NCAA Southeast Regional… Ran the 5,000 meters three times with times of 19:38.00 for 69th place at the Adidas XC Challenge, 19:45.80 for 59th place at the SoCon Championship and 19:51.60 for 161st place at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational.

High School
A four year letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Orono High School in Orono, Maine... won the individual state championship in 2016... also named all-state in 2016... a four-time All-Penobscot Valley Conference honoree in both cross country in track... PVC Champion in the 800 meters... part of 4x400 meter relay team that broke the state record... 4x800 meter relay team holds the team and PVC records... helped lead her cross country team to three-straight state titles from 2013-15 and her track & field team to four-straight state championships from 2014-17...also a four year letterwinner in basketball.
