2019 (Senior)
Opened the season with a career best 19:29.1 in the 6K at the adidas XC Challenge (9.20) ... collected another PR in the 8K, while running a 26:01.0 at the ECU Pirate XC Invitational (10.18).

2018 (Junior)
Ran a 33:28.1 during the 10K at the NCAA Southeast Region Championship (11.9).

2017 (Sophomore)
Opened the season with a season-best 21:22.00 in the 6,000 meters at the Elon University Opener and also had a 21:39.90 in the 6,000 meters at the Adidas XC Challenge… Turned in a 14:39.02 in the 4,200 meters at the Campbell Duals… Had career-bests of 34:07.50 in 10,000 meters at the NCAA Southeast Regional and 28:08.10 in the 5-mile at the Joe Pianne Invitational… Registered a season-best 26:54.62 in the 8,000 meters at the Pirate XC Invitational and also had a 27:25.80 for the SoCon Championship.

2016 (Freshman)
Opened his season with a time of 20:19.00 at the adidas XC Challenge in the 6,000-meter race … Turned in a time of 26:32.00 in the 8,000-meter distance at the Princeton Invitational … Finished 66^th at the SoCon Championships with a time of 26:42.37 … Recorded a time of 26:47.00 at the Royals Cross Country Challenge.

High School
Ran three years at Heritage High School in Lynchburg, Va., before finishing high school at Wake Forest High School in Wake Forest, N.C.,... named All-State in Indoor and Outdoor Track while at Heritage High School... holds the Wake Forest HS 3,000-meter school record and the 800-meter school record at WFHS... earned All-Academic honors all four years of high school...
