Posted a personal best in the 800m at the SoCon Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a 1:55.83 time…notched a new best time in the 400m at the Charlotte 49er Classic at 53.23.

Earned 11^th place at the Visit Winston-Salem College Kick-Off with a time of 1:26.48 in the 600m.

Ran opening leg for UNCG's fifth-place 4x400-meter relay team at the SoCon Championships ... Ran the fastest 200 meters of the season for UNCG, a 23.47-second time at the Aggie Invitational

Indoor Track 2019-20 (Freshman)
Made collegiate debut in the 400m at the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup (1.12), running a 54.06 ... helped the Spartans to a runner-up finish in the JDL January College Kick-off (1.19) with the team posting a time of 8:03.10 ... ran a 4:35.75 in the mile at the Camel City Invitational (2.7) ... ran the 800m in 2:00.38 during the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite (2.14) ... helped UNCG score points in the 4x400m and DMR at the SoCon Indoor Championship, finishing in seventh (3:26.41) and fifth (10:27.52) respectively.
