2021 Outdoor (Senior)
Ran one leg for UNCG's fifth-place 4x400-meter relay team at the SoCon Championships ... Took 10th place at the SoCon Championships in the 1,500 meters in a time of 4 minutes 0.95 seconds ... Ran the 800 meters in 1:59.82 seconds at the Catamount Classic.

2019-20 Indoor (Junior)
Tallied a 1:12.54 in the 500m while at the JDL Early Bird Invitational (12.8) ... runner-up finish in the Mondo College Invitational mile (2.2) with his time of 4:27.85 ... had a PR in the 3000m while running an 8:53.95 at the Camel City Invitational (2.7) ... had another career best in the mile with a 4:27.44 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite (2.14).

2019 Outdoor (Sophomore)
4:04.45 1500m claimed fifth at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3.30) ... also posted a PR in the Fred Hardy Invitational 800m (3.29) with a time of 1:59.85 ... crossed the finish line in 4:04.07 in the 1500m while competing at the SoCon Outdoor Championship (4.28).

2018-19 Indoor (Sophomore)
Ran a season best 4:31.02 in the mile while at the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup (1.12) ... also posted a 4:32.84 in the mile, competing at the Wake Forest Invitational (1.19) ... helped the Spartan DMR finish third at the JDL College Meet Madness (1.27), crossing the finish in 10:51.95.

2018 Outdoor (Freshman)
Opened the season with a time of 4:51.16 in his only race in the mile at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational… Had career-bests in the 1,500-meter (4:11.73) in the Duke Invitational and 5,000-meter (16:14.20) at the High Point VertKlasse.

2017-18 Indoor (Freshman)
Had career-bests in the 800-meter (2:06.95) at the JDL New Year College Kick-Off, 3,000-meter (9:12.12) at the JDL College Dual Meet Madness and mile (4:31.82) at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational… Finished 18th in the 3,000-meter at the SoCon Championship.

High School
Attended William Amos Hough High School in Cornelius, North Carolina... earned three letters in cross country and four letters in track and field... was a two-time all-conference honoree... also garnered All-West Region honors for track... qualified twice for the indoor state championships and once for the outdoor state championships.

Personal
Son of Gerry and Lesley Hynes... has one sister, Kayleigh... mother ran track at Vaal University of Technology.
