2023 CSC Academic All-District® team 

Outdoor Track 2023 (Sophomore)
Earned a fourth-place finish at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic after notching a 14:46.75 time in the 5000m…posted eighth place in the 10,000m at the SoCon Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a 32:26.35 time.
 
Indoor Track 2022-23 (Sophomore)
Finished third in the mile at the Blue Marlin Invitational with a personal best time of 4:26.89.
 
Cross-Country 2023 (Sophomore)
Earned 12^th place at the Wake Forest vs UNCG meet after notching a new personal best of 28:14.9 in the five-mile…added another career best in the 8K at the SoCon Cross Country Championship with a 25:10.8 mile.

Outdoor Track 2022 (Freshman)
Ethan’s momentum built as he finished the outdoor season with some amazing performances. He finished 3rd in the 5000m at the High Point Vertklasse Meeting, with a personal best time of 15:04.96. The next meet, Aggie Classic, he beat another one of his high school times, crossing the finish line at 4:16.41 in the 1500m.

Indoor Track 2021-22 (Freshman)
Ethan Long started his first indoor season with UNCG strong, competing in all seven races and getting a personal best in his first race. At the Mondo College Invitational, he finished 8th overall with a time of 4:29.47. It didn’t stop there as he placed 14th in the 3000m (8:45.10), another personal best, at his first SoCon Indoor Championship.

Cross-Country 2021 (Freshman)
Competed in all six events this season… Ran a career best in this 6k Adidas XC Challenge with a time of 19:00.8 placing 36th… Ran a career best in the 8k ECU Pirate Invitational with a time of 25:25.8 placing 10th… Competed and ran a career best in the 10k NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships.

High School
Four-year letter winner in cross country from Page High School, graduating in 2021 … Earned All-Conference honors from 2019-21 … Named to All-Region team from 2019-21 … Earned All-State recognition from 2019-21 … Assisted team to 2020 Regional Championship.
