Finished first in the 4x800 at the Charlotte 49er Classic with a time of 7:51.71…posted a personal best time of 4:29.71 in the 1500m at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic…finished 15th at Vertklasse after notching a career best 1:57.32 time in the 800m.
Indoor Track 2022-23 (Freshman)
Finished 13th at the Visit Winston-Salem College Kick-Off after notching a career best time of 1:27.53 in the 60m…earned a third-place finish in the 4x400 at the Blue Marlin Invitational with a 3:29.85 time.
Cross-Country 2023 (Freshman)
Earned a personal best in the 8K at the Firetower Project Open Cross Country meet after notching a time of 29:55.5…added another career best at the Hokie Open with a 22:12.2 in the 6K.
