2007: Redshirted the 2007 season... member of the 2007 Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

 

Summer Ball: Played the summer of 2007 with the Elmira (NY) Pioneers as a pitcher... coach Matt Burch and the Pioneers nabbed the League and Western Division titles.

 

High School: Four-year varsity letterwinner at Pittsford Mendon High School in Pittsford, NY... played for coach Bo Bertino... named first team All-Monroe County... holds single season record for lowest ERA... also played basketball for the Vikings... played three years of summer ball for the Rayson Miller American Legion team for coach Tom Sapienza.

 

Personal: Bryan Louis Thyroff... born July 1, 1987 in Rochester, NY... son of Louis and Valerie Thyroff... has two sisters, Anastasia and Emily... father played baseball at Niagara University... also recruited by Delaware and Fairleigh Dickinson... business/economics major at UNCG.
