2020 (Redshirt Senior)
Competed in the SoCon championship, UNCG’s only race of the cross-country season … Helped the Spartans finish fourth overall after completing the race in 26:09.32 (15th overall).
2019 (Senior)
Ran a 18:48.3 in the 6K during the adidas XC Challenge (9.20) ... crossed the finish line in 24:25.8, while running the 8K in the Louisville Classic (10.5) ... posted a 31:48.5 in the 10K while competing in the Southeast Region Cross Country Championship (11.15)
2017 (Sophomore)
Opened his first year in cross country with a season-best time in the 6K of 20:17.10 for 67th place at the Adidas XC Challenge… Placed 39th at the SoCon Championships with a time of 26:47.30 in the 8K… Ended the season with a time of 33:20.00 in the 10K for 181st place at the NCAA Southeast Regionals.

Ran four years at Clayton High School in Clayton, N.C., was named All-Conference in cross country all four years and eas All-Region Second Team as a senior... 4x All-Conference selection for indoor and outdoor track and holds the school record for the mile and two mire run... was named Athlete of the Year as a senior... also earned all-conference accolades in soccer as a midfielder
