2014 Indoor Track
Turned in a career-best time of 29.15 in the 200-meter dash at the Liberty Open (Jan. 17) … Posted a time of 1:04.88 in the 400-meter distance at the Hilton Garden Invitational (Jan. 31) … Added a career-best time of 2:27.90 in the 800-meter race at the Southern Conference Championships (March 1).

Ran the 6,000-meter race at the Charlotte Invitational (Sept. 28) and clocked a time of 28:40.50.

Posted the top four times for UNCG in the 400-meter hurdles, including a personal-best time of 1:09.07 at the Wake Forest Open (March 15-16) … Notched a career-best time of 1:06.23 in the 400-meter dash at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational (March 8-9).
