Outdoor Track 2022 (Senior)
Meredith competed at the Aggie Classic, where she ran a career best time of 5:18.08 in the 1500m.

Indoor Track 2021-22 (Senior)
Meredith Roberts ran her best times for her last indoor season for UNCG. At the JDL February Multi & Track Meet she placed 10th overall with a personal best time of 1:20.50 in the 400m. Meredith had her career best time in the mile (5:52.02) and finished 14th at the SoCon Indoor Championship.

Cross-Country 2021 (Senior)
Did not compete this season.

Outdoor Track 2021 (Junior)
Ran the 1,500 meters in four of the five outdoor meets this spring, with a best time of 5 minutes 29.47 seconds at the High Point Vertklasse Meeting.

Indoor Track 2019-20(Sophomore)
Competed at the JDL College Kick-off Classic (12.7) and the JDL Early Bird Invitational (12.8).

Outdoor Track 2019 (Freshman)
Ran the 5000m in 19:16.80 while competing at the Duke Invitational (4.20).

Cross-Country 2018 (Freshman)
Made collegiate debut at Elon Opener (8.31), running 2.79 miles in 16:38.8.

High School
Lettered every year for cross country and track at Mount Tabor High School in Winston-Salem … Helped the Spartans to a runner-up finish in the Piedmont Triad Conference, third-place at the 3A Midwest Regional and fourth place in the state championship meet where for the first time all five varsity runners recorded a time under 20 minutes … Named all-conference her senior year … Set a personal record of 18:50 in the 5,000 meters … Selected all-conference in track her freshman year and then an all-county performer each season after … Recorded a personal-best of 5:41.9 for 1,600 meters in a tri-meet and then finished nine at the conference championships … Ran a season-best 12:30.9 in the 3,200 meters and came in 12th place at the Midwest regional … Owns a top mark in the 3,200 meters of 11:38.11 … Participated in the key club, STAND club and National Honors Society every year of high school … Given the AWED Top Project Award for a sophomore project … Volunteered at Riverwood Therapeutic Riding Center.
