Outdoor Track 2023 (Sophomore)
Notched another personal best time of 2:01.16 in the 800m at the Charlotte 49er Classic…recorded a 4:18.46 time in the 1500m at Vertklasse for another career best.
 
Indoor Track 2022-23 (Sophomore)
Finished 10^th at the Camel City Invitational after notching a personal best time of 2:44.43 in the 1000m…posted another career best in the mile at the JDL DMR Invitational with a 4:41.72 time.
 
Cross-Country 2023 (Sophomore)
Did not compete.

Outdoor Track 2022 (Freshman)
Spencer ran his best races in the 800m (2:04.27) at the Aggie Classic and the 1500m (4:19.01) at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic. He was later named to the SoCon Outdoor Championship All-Freshman Team.

Indoor Track 2021-22 (Freshman)
Spencer Connick started his first indoor season for UNCG strong, setting a personal best in the indoor mile. At the JDL DMR Invitational, he ran 4:45.31, six seconds faster than his highschool time the year before.

Cross-Country 2021 (Freshman)
Competed in three of the six meets this season… Ran a career best in the 4k Elon Opener with a time of 20:40.2 placing 74th… Ran a career best in the 8k ECU Pirate Invitational with a time of 27:17.5 placing 30th.

Competed in cross country and track & field at Cox Mill High School, graduating in 2021… Assisted team to cross country South Piedmont Conference Champions for four years … Assisted team to track & field South Piedmont Conference Champions …  Eight-time Junior Olympic Qualifier … AAU NC Regional Age Group MVP in 2019 … Four-time All-Conference and All-County team … Two-time 3A cross country state qualifier … Two-time 3A track regional qualifier … 2021 Southern Piedmont Conference Distance MVP.
