Appeared and started in 30 games…recorded a season best 14 points against UNC Asheville on Nov. 19…matched her career best six rebounds against Le Moyne on Nov. 29…finished the season with 146 points, 22 steals, 29 assists and 59 rebounds.   
 
2023-24 (Junior)
Appeared and started in all 33 games…recorded a career high 21 points at Furman on Feb. 11…added a career high  six rebounds at Mercer on Jan. 18…posted a career high of four steals against Converse on Dec. 29…finished the season with 189 points, 20 steals, 49 boards and 17 assists….was named to the Second Team SoCon All-Tournament Team.
 
2022-23 (Sophomore)
Started in 29 of the 30 games played… Howard averaged 21.5 minutes per game…Had a total of 192 points…Being third for the Spartans in free-throw attempts and free throws made going 31-for-41…Having a career-high in free throws (7) and free throw attempts (8) at Wofford on Feb 9…Had a career-high of field goals made (9), field goal attempts (16), and points (21) at Furman on Feb 11.

2021-22 (Freshman)
Played in all 28 games and made eight starts … Averaged 4.2 points, 1.1 rebounds per game … Averaged 15.3 minutes per game … Scored a career-high 16 points against the College of Charleston on Dec. 7 … Had 15 points each against Winthrop on Nov. 18 and Presbyterian on Dec. 1 … Made five 3-pointers in each contest against Winthrop and Presbyterian … Also had 11 points against Gardner Webb on Nov. 28 … Had nine points each in consecutive games against ETSU on Feb. 19 and Wofford on Feb. 21 … Was second on the team with 23 3-pointers … Had three blocked shots and six steals … Had a career-best two steals against Coastal Carolina on Nov. 26 … Handed out a career best two assists against Chattanooga on Feb. 17.

Prior to UNCG: Howard was a four year guard for Jordan High School under head coaches Tyrone Cox and Kamalee Jackson… During her junior year, was named to the All-Conference First team, Academic All-Conference team, and All-District First team… She also earned a spot on the All-Conference First team (Sr. year), Second Team All-News & Observer, and Offensive MVP… Led her team to three conference championships (Fr., So., Jr. year).
