2005: Became the staff ace during sophomore year...posted a 13-16 record with a 2.65 earned run average...led UNCG in wins, innings pitched (187.2), strikeouts (125), appearances (36), games started (30) and complete games (20)...ranked fourth in the SoCon in wins, innings pitched and starts...her punchout total is the sixth most in a single-season, while her 30 starts are tied for the sixth most in a season at UNCG...also posted four shutouts...scattered six hits over 7.0 innings and struck out four batters in a 2-0 shutout of North Carolina State (2/26/05)...allowed seven hits over the distance in a 2-0 shoutout of Ohio (3/22/05)...tossed a five-hit, 4-0, shutout at Furman (4/9/05)...pitched both ends of a doubleheader sweep at North Carolina A&T...allowed two hits in each of the 5.0 inning complete game victories...struck out a season-high eight batters in the nightcap win over the Aggies...hit .149 (7-for-47) at the plate...hit a homer in back-to-back days at Elon, which was the first two roundtrippers of her collegiate career.
2004: Enjoyed a good freshman season...finished the year 12-14 with a 2.96 earned run average...tied for the team lead in wins and second in ERA...pitched a team-leading 177.1 innings, allowing 202 hits, 100 runs (75 earned) and 45 walks...struck out a team-best 109 hitters...appeared in 38 and started 33 games...had 20 complete games and two shutouts...hit .100 (2-for-20) in limited at-bats...had one run scored and one double.
High School: Four-year softball letterwinner for coach Lynn Mills at New Hanover...three-time all-conference and team MVP honoree...earned Hoggard Invitational Tournament MVP honors...set state record as a freshman for consecutive scoreless innings pitched (43).
