Did not compete in any of five outdoor meets.

2019-20 Indoor (Junior)
Crossed the finish line in 2:31.49, while running the Mondo College Invitational 800m (2.2) ... set a PR in the mile with a time of 5:31.94 at the Camel City Invitational (2.7) ... helped UNCG score points in the 4x400m and DMR (2.29-3.1), running respective times of 4:10.34 and 12:47.53.

2019 Outdoor (Sophomore)
Opened the season in the Wendy's Seahawk Invitational 400m (3.8), running a 1:04.59 ... set a PR with a 2:30.13 in the 800m, during the Fred Hardy Invitational (3.29) ... crossed the finish line in a personal best 5:16.15 while running the Aggie Invitational 1500m (4.12).

2018-19 Indoor (Sophomore)
Ran the Wake Forest Invitational 400m (1.19) and the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup 800m (1.12).

2018 Outdoor (Freshman) 
Had top times of 5:38.78 in the 1,500-meter (49er Classic) and 12:10.31 in the 3,000-meter (Fred Hardy Invitational).

2017-18 Indoor (Freshman)
Opened her track career with a time of 2:36.97 in the 400-meter at the UNCG Early Bird Duals… Set a season-best 2:35.19 in the 800-meter at the UCS Invitational… Had a time of 3:26.75 in the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational.

High School
Attended Eastport South Manor Junior/Senior High School in Manorville, New York...a five-time letterwinner... holds the school record in the 4x800 (indoor and outdoor), distance medley relay and sprint meldey relay... a Second Team All-Northeastern honoree... led team to cross country league championship all four years... never lost a dual cross country meet during her high school career... recipient of the Leadership Award, Section XI Gold Key Award, Fourth Year Award and White Letter Award.

Daughter of Patrick Dalton and Stacy Greenwood... has two brothers, Patrick III and Evan.
